The weather is nicer, and summer is approaching. Lately, I have been obsessed with creating the perfect capsule wardrobe—a collection of spring party dresses!
These dresses are perfect for any daytime party or lunch date. Honestly, you can wear them almost anywhere.
White Dress – Aritza
This dress is perfect. It is tight in the right places and flowy at the same time. It is a nice length, so if you are tall, you won’t have to worry about exposing too much of yourself. It is so elegant and appropriate for any outfit. The skirt is double-lined, and the fabric is very thick. Although it is white, nothing will show through.
Artizia did their thing with this dress. The only con is that is does not come in more colors. I would love to have this in a blush or light pink.
The Slip Dress
You can never go wrong with a slip dress. Unless you are very curvy like I am! I always have to get three sizes bigger due to the lack of stretch from the satin or silk. Because of that, I must get a belt or something to accentuate the waist. However, what kind of spring party dress list would this be without one.
The slip dress is a closet staple; once you own one in the color black, you can start branching out to spring colors.
The broadcast spring party dress
Now, once I saw this online, it was. not doing it for me with the model. If you have a day party to attend, this dress is perfect. With the right accessories, this dress will look less simple and more feminine fairy like.
Bodycon dress
The fabric of this Artizia dress feels so good; it is buttery smooth! You can never go wrong with a bodycon dress except if you are wanting to be more “modest” if you have a more curvier body type.
Lately, I have been wanting to wear more flowy dresses, but this is a great closet staple. You will get a reasonable cost per wear with this one.
Encourage poplin dress
I added this spring party dress to the list last min while I was shopping for a graduation party dress to wear. I think this one is something to add to a capsule wardrobe. Poplin textures are always light and airy without being too see-through.
I would also opt in to wearing this dress to any daytime dates you have or picnics. With the midi length, it can’t ride up.
Martine dress
This dress comes in many colors, but it is a shorter version of the first poplin dress. I love the tip and the bow tie. The top part accentuates the chest without over doing it. The reason why I chose this blue color is that it looks good on any skintone.
This dress reminds me of the soft girl era that is trending on social media!
